GRATITUDES

"Two" by Keith Williams

Today marks the end of the LC† Stories of the Land Lenten devotional. Grateful thanks to everyone who followed, and to those who shared and commented on Facebook and Twitter: your feedback, storytelling and faithful presence are an important and deeply appreciated part of the devotional projects.

More than any other previous project, this was a collaborative adventure. Huge gratitude to Pastor Steve Hoffard in Kingston and Pastor André Lavergne in Waterloo (ELCIC), and Catherine Evenden in New Hamburg, Ontario (Salvation Army), for their day-to-day counsel, vetting, advice, and contributions along the way and special thanks to André for his support on Twitter.

Deeply grateful thanks to Hannah Saunders (Six Nations of the Grand River) and Garnet Angeconeb (Lac Seul First Nation) for gifting their stories and voices of First Nations experience and sharing their wisdom with us.

Very grateful thanks to trail traveler Dianne Whelan for allowing us to use her story and four of her films in this project. Currently preparing to paddle the waterways of Northern Ontario, we invite you to follow her journey on 500daysinthewild.com and her Facebook page.

Gratitude to Pastor Kimberlynn Mueller-McNabb in Halifax and Pastor Fran Schmidt in Saskatoon (ELCIC) who brought their personal stories and collaboration to the project.

Thanks to Mary Thaler in Québec City and Iqaluit (ACC) and Karen Morris in Ontario (Salvation Army) for their written poetry and prayers on specific days, and to The Rev. Susan Spicer in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario (ACC) for permission to quote her PWRDF Lenten devotional and for her ongoing support and insight.

Grateful thanks to ELCIC National Bishop Susan Johnson and Bishop Michael Pryse of the ELCIC Eastern Synod for their supportive presence on Twitter. Thanks to Pastor Joel Crouse, the ES-YAYA ministry and the council for Lutheran Campus Ministry
Toronto for making it possible.

Wishing all a very blessed and sacred Holy Week. On behalf of Lutheran Campus Ministry Toronto/Lutherans Connect, may the peace of Christ be with you in the journey to the Cross and to Resurrection. Blessed Easter!
